The FAQs & the need to knows!

CHECK INS / CHECK OUTS
at this time we are not offering sundays as a standard check-in day
please call if you wish to book a sunday check in and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
we also ask that guests stay through the weekend with no saturday check outs.

MINIMUM STAY
we require a 2 night minimum for friday/saturday nights. please call for questions regarding this policy.

PETS
the lofts are a pet friendly environment with a required $150 pet fee for your fur friend’s stay.
we ask that you always pick up after your pet and never leave them unattended. one pet per loft please!

PARTIES
the lofts don’t allow parties of any kind unless otherwise approved by the lofts in writing.

NOISE DISCLOSURE
Yes, it can get loud. the lofts are located in the center of downtown’s entertainment district. this property is surrounded by bars and nightlife. generally, the downtown entertainment district is open until 2am. and we wouldn’t want it any other way…
